Sheila became Program Director of the Children's Physical Developmental Clinic in May 2015. She formerly served as the Administrative Director since July 2005. She received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Elementary Education from Boston College. Prior to joining the Children's Physical Developmental Clinic, she was employed as a regional account manager for Reebok International. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Special Education at ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
Nicole West

Nicole joined the Children’s Physical Development Clinic as the Program Coordinator in May 2017. Prior to joining the Clinic, she worked at the ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Children’s Center for seven years. Nicole graduated in 2009 from Salem State University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. While attending Salem State, Nicole worked in their preschool program for three years as a teacher's assistant. Nicole would like to pursue her master's degree in communication disorders.
Ryan Burr
Pool Director
Ryan is a 2011 graduate of Bridgewater State college and has been a part of the CPDC program in different capacities since 2009. Ryan has served as a clinician, group leader, locker room supervisor, and most recently the pool supervisor. He currently teaches in a severe special ed classroom at North Andover High School. He graduated with his M.Ed. in Severe Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in May 2017. Ryan is passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and special needs and hopes to continue his professional development into administration in the future. ​
Julia Maillet
Weight Room Supervisor
Julia has been working with the CPDC since 2013 in a number of positions including clinician, office assistant, lifeguard, and locker room supervisor. She also has worked with individuals with disabilities as a swim coach for the Special Olympics, and as an ABA Therapist. After graduating from ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, she has now moved on to pursue her masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. Currently, Julia is a Sr. Business Management Analyst at Santander Bank.
Bridget Connolly
Small Gymnasium Supervisor
Bridget graduated from ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø in December of 2017 with an Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Child Studies. She has served as a clinician for a year and 1 year as a group leader. Bridget joined CPDC staff in 2017 as the small gym coordinator. Currently she works at the Boston Higashi School teaching younger high school. She is currently pursuing her masters in severe special education at ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
Samantha Hutchins
Pool Supervisor
Samantha graduated from ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø in May 2011 with a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and a minor in Special Education. She has served the Children's Physical Developmental Clinic for 2 years as a clinician and 1 year as a group leader. Sam joined the CPDC staff in 2012 as the locker room supervisor. She worked at the Massachusetts Hospital School for 5 years as a one to one aide. Currently she works as Special Education Teacher at Brockton High School. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Special Education at ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
Matthew Chace
Locker Room Supervisor
Matt graduated from ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø in May 2016 with a degree in Physical Education. He served as a clinician for 1 year before becoming a group leader in the spring 2016. He joined the staff as the men’s locker room supervisor in the fall of 2016. He worked as an ABA therapist at the Kennedy Donovan Center for 6 months. He is currently an ABA counselor at Crossroads School.
Lindsay Soares
Locker Room Supervisor
Lindsay graduated from ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø in 2016 with a degree in communication disorders as well as a degree in psychology. Following graduation, Lindsay moved to California where she began working in the field of applied behavior analysis. She has worked with children of all ages in a variety of settings including the home, center, school, and community locations. Lindsay has experience providing direct therapy services, developing and updating client specific programming, and developing curriculum for social skill groups. She participated in CPDC as a clinician for two semesters and as a group leader for one semester. Lindsay is currently enrolled in a masters program through Florida Institute of Technology where she plans to continue her education and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
