Transfer Basics

Transferring to Bridgewater can be seamless if you understand the process and know there's dedicated Transfer Services staff here to assist you with your transfer.

Whether you plan to take day or evening courses or a combination of both, full-time or part-time, the process has been streamlined for your convenience. Depending on the number of credits you are transferring, it can be as simple as submitting a transfer application online and a transcript from each institution you have attended. Please follow the steps outlined on the Transfer Guide.

Transfer Services will help provide you with the information you need to get started, as well as provide you with general advising pre- and post-transfer. The Transfer Services team wants to help you feel informed about your transfer options and will work with you proactively to ensure you don't repeat courses, waste extra time and money, and that you select the appropriate courses for your approaching semester.

Remember, no transfer student has to go through the process alone. Please contact the Transfer Services office at Bridgewater for assistance. We care about your success and we are excited about your decision to transfer and continue your education with us!
